About me
I attended the accredited massage program through Butler Community College, receiving an Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy. I became National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) certified and hold a massage therapy license for the city of Wichita.
I have a dog, Chingu, who brings love, joy and so much happiness to my world. I’m an avid goal setter (and achiever!), runner, yogi, DIY home improvement enthusiast, and always working toward self improvement through reading and learning.
I want to encourage my clients to re:Connect to their body and to how they feel, to what hurts and why. I strive to have my bodywork sessions offer the space and ability for you to find that stillness and awareness of your body. My hope is that you can better carry some of that awareness and stillness beyond the session as well.
Additionally, I want to provide a place where you are able to find and feel compassion and gratitude for where you are, in the body you have now. Even if the goal is to get to a better, more functional and healthy place for that body, caring for it now is the starting point. Because now is all we have. I look forward to helping you care for and re:Connect to your body.
Embrace the now. Yesterday is out of our control. What we can control is today. Caring for our bodies in the best way possible now ensures that our tomorrows look and feel better than our yesterdays. Re:Connect to your body and your health today.
