Massage session range from a shorter, fully clothed option for those warming up to the idea of full body work but still want the benefits of massage, up to a full two hours of relaxation, stretching and tension reduction. Between the layer of our skin and our muscles is a layer of fat (yeah, sorry ladies) and a critical layer called fascia. The fascia is one continuous layer of “netting” that covers the body from the top of the head to the bottoms of the feet. This layer can become “stuck” to the layers above or below—or both!—creating a host of issues including pain, tension, adhesions, as well as the lumpy look known as cellulite. A fascia blasting massage utilizes Ashley Black’s FasciaBlaster tools and massage techniques to release the fascia, reduce muscle and joint pain, reduce cellulite, and increase circulation.

Stretch, stretch, stretch! We’ve all heard it before. Stretching is incredibly beneficial for our muscles and overall well being…but we often don’t take the time to make it a priority in our day. If aches and tightness are slowing you down, limiting your flexibility and range of motion, schedule an assisted stretching session—or try it as an add on!—to help regain that essential movement to go about daily life.

Assisted Stretching

With a series of simple, yet focused exercises that will increase in effort every two weeks, you can expect to find relief from your nagging back pain. These exercises will strengthen the Posterior Chain—the series of muscles along the backside of the body—which will lead to better posture, a reduction in back pain and better functionality in day to day life. These exercises are intended for long-term practice to keep your Posterior Chain strong and stable.
